This a moong dal egg mixture cooked in olive oil with roasted-red-pepper-and-oats-based nacho cheese sauce. I added a side of half cup of chick peas and homemade salsa (made from Cento San Marzano tomatoes), seasoned with sea salt, ground pepper, and nooch. I’m drinking greenwise soy milk with this post workout meal. It’s perfect plantbased nutrition, delicioso.
